Barrilito will always be on my tour list. As you, I’d love to see the cooperage facility. I’d also love to steal a taste from one of those old sherry casks.

Hopefully we will all be invited down again next year so I can get some refills. Any news on another “Taste of Rum” for 2010??
Perhaps we can do the other tour next time, now we have contacts, but would love to do this one again, especially if the cooperage is open.
